Mattress was very nice and room had recently been redone
Continental breakfast was generous; included waffles.
Good location, value for money, good wifi service.
In-room safe did not work. Location of wash-bowl and counter just at the door, and outside the bathroom.
The Hotel was the best we have used on the round trip in the Northern of the USA. The fittness facilities were fantastic. And they changed the room imeaditely in room with double QS bed, when we arrived.
I was a pleasant visit. The staff was very nice and efficient. Then room as clean and well equipped. I would stay there again.
An ok hotel for the price. We only stayed for the night, our room with a king size bed was clean and had everything we needed for a reasonable price.
If you want a meal you have to drive from the hotel, no next door restaurants.
The room was cleana dn comfortable.
There was a problem with my booking, but the desk staff worked with Booked.net to resolve it.
The staff was very friendly, the room was immaculate. The location was close to restaurants, and some provided delivery to the hotel. Overall I had a great stay.
I asked for early check in, after calling 8am before arrival they told it was ok. I arrived at the hotel at 1pm and was made to wait until 2:58 before they would take my information and check me in. The supervisor arrived at 2:50 pm and went upstairs to check on the status of the room that's when she told the front desk attendant the room was ready. Construction was being proformed right outside my window so I asked to have my room changed and was informed by the supervisor that I can check out but I can't have a different room. I also spoke with the staff that prepared the room and was informed that the room was ready since 12:00 before my check in.
We booked there for a one day trip in Woodbury outlets and evrything was fine ; staff - equipments - rooms...
Maybe some salted stuff would have been appreciated for the breakfast ;o) - i had to think twice to find a negative thing -
Everything was done just right! Staff were so...friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and beds were the best I have stayed in a hotel. Loved the popcorn and coffee and cookies in the lobby! We met more people there. Keep up the good work. Will be coming for a return visit soon.
Need a pool.
Bed was broken, mattress box spring on bed was off frame. This caused the bed to slope over 5 inches. We were too tired that night to contact the front desk after more than 8 hours of travel and didn't want to repack our items to move to another room. When I approached the front desk and asked to be compensated, the girl on call went with me to the room and after showing her what the problem was she replied that the bed was okay. I took photos of the issue and will notify their corporate headquarters of the lack of courtesy and conditions at their facility. The manager did not even come out and discuss with me my concerns. At least a photo speaks a thousand words.
It was off the hiway
There wasn't any hot water. Management was not sympathetic to the issue. Did not offer to find other accomodations. I phoned head office they were not willing to offer any help. Did not offer return of money for reservation, did not try to find other booking in another one of their hotels. Over all we would never stay at a Days Inn or any other one of their properties again. Never! The manager ignored us and would not come to even speak to us. They continued to book people in withholding the fact that there isn't any hot water. The worst hotel experience ever. The rating should be a -2 **!
Staff was mostly friendly
I wasn't sure if I was going to have to stay a second night, so I checked out after the first night. At the end of the day, When I returned to book a second night, I was told that the rate had gone UP and that my previous rate was no longer any good. I then had to play your silly game of going next door to a wifi hotspot and logon to your website and then book the room with the lower rate....Is this really how you want to do business?
Friendly staff good size room comfortable bed good breakfast
